ET:Copper strengthens on increased industrial offtake |

NEW DELHI: Copper prices today rose by Rs 3 per kg on the local non-ferrous metal market on increased industrial offtake.
Traders said increased industrial demand amid a firming trend in overseas markets on positive economic data mainly led to rise in copper prices.
Meanwhile, Copper for delivery in three months rose by 0.2 per cent to $7,336 a tonne on the London Metal Exchange.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap rose by Rs 3 to Rs 425 per kg.
