ND:Key Dollar, Sterling Borrowing Rates Fall, Euro Rates Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars and sterling for three months in the London interbank market fell Thursday, while the cost of borrowing the euro was unchanged.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, was 0.24205%, down from 0.24605% Wednesday.
The Sterling rate fell to 0.51719% from 0.51781%, while the euro rate remained unchanged at 0.16571% Thursday.
