WSJ:Key Dollar Borrowing Rates Rise Tuesday; Euro, Sterling Rates Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars for three months in the London interbank market rose Tuesday, while the cost of borrowing euros and sterling was unchanged.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, climbed to 0.23910% Tuesday from 0.23735% on Monday.
The cost of borrowing euros and sterling were both unchanged from Monday at 0.16857% and 0.52406%, respectively.
