WSJ:Key Dollar, Euro Borrowing Rates Rise, Sterling Rates Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars and euros for three months in the London interbank market rose Thursday, while the cost of borrowing sterling was unchanged.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor was 0.24165%, up from 0.24040% seen Wednesday.
The cost of borrowing euros climbed to 0.26000% from 0.25643%, while the cost of borrowing sterling was unchanged from Wednesday at 0.52063%.
