WSJ:Key Dollar, Sterling Borrowing Rates Fall, Euro Rates Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars and sterling for three months in the London interbank market fell Monday, while the cost of borrowing euros was unchanged.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor was 0.23890%, down from 0.24165% seen on Friday.
The cost of borrowing sterling was also lower at 0.51938% from 0.52063%, while the cost of borrowing euros was unchanged from Friday at 0.25929%.
