The international crude oil price of Indian Basket went up 1.32% to USD 106.51 a barrel on Feb. 10, 2014. This was higher than the price of USD 105.12 a bbl on previous trading day of Feb. 7, 2014.
In rupee terms also the crude oil of price Indian Basket went increased to Rs 6,623.86 a bbl on Feb. 10, 2014 as compared to Rs 6,551.08/bbl on Feb. 7, This was due to price rise in dollar terms though rupee appreciation moderated in the price rise.
Rupee closed stronger at Rs 62.19 USD on Feb. 10, 2014 against Rs 62.32/USD on Feb. 7, 2014.
