WSJ:Key Dollar, Euro, Sterling Borrowing Rates Fall

The cost of borrowing dollars, euros and sterling for three months in the London interbank market fell Thursday.
Data from the IntercontinentalExchange Group (ICE) showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor was 0.23585%, down from 0.23610% seen Wednesday.
The cost of borrowing euros fell to 0.25786% from 0.26000%, while the cost of borrowing sterling eased to 0.52125% from 0.52156% seen Wednesday.
