WSJ:Key Dollar, Euro Borrowing Rates Fall, Sterling Unchanged

The cost of borrowing dollars and euros for three months in the London interbank market fell Tuesday, while the cost of borrowing sterling was unchanged.
Data from the IntercontinentalExchange Group (ICE) showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, fell to 0.23455% from 0.23510% seen Monday.
The cost of borrowing euros eased to 0.25786% from 0.25857%, while the cost of borrowing sterling was unchanged from Monday at 0.52094%.
