MY:Gold futures down 0.6% to Rs 28,370; silver falls 0.1%
Domestic gold and silver prices fell in noon trade on Tuesday. In India, April 2014 gold futures at the MCX were trading lower 0.58% at Rs 28,370 per 10 grams at 12.34 p.m. It opened at Rs 28,610.
May 2014 silver futures at the MCX were trading down 0.10% at Rs 42,761 per 1 kg after hitting high of Rs 42,765. It opened at Rs 42,743.
In global markets, gold futures for April 2014 slightly up 0.05% at USD 1,284.4 per troy ounce at the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
However, Comex Silver futures for May 2014 slightly down 0.05% at USD 19.74 per troy ounce (12.43 p.m.).
