CANBERA (Alliance News) - The Australian dollar that erased early gains slipped further against other major currencies in European deals on Tuesday.
The aussie hit 1.0206 against the loonie and 1.4949 against the euro, reversing from early multi-day highs of 1.0281 and 1.4807, respectively.
The aussie that strengthened to multi-month highs of 0.9304 against the greenback and 96.04 against the yen in early Asian deals fell to 0.9230 and 95.40, respectively.
The Australian unit declined to a 4-day low of 1.0641 against the kiwi, off early multi-day high of 1.0714.
The next possible downside target for the aussie is seen around 0.91 against the greenback, 1.01 against the loonie, 94.00 against the yen, 1.51 against the euro and 1.05 against the kiwi.
