ECM: Rupee closes at 13-month low, more declines seen
Benchmark 10-year bonds fell the most in more than 8 months, while the rupee hit a session low of 63.70, its weakest against the dollar since Nov. 13, 2013, when the country was in the midst of its worst currency turmoil in two decades. Experts say the decline in the rupee was much overdue, but further declines can't be ruled out.
