WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The Chicago business barometer -- also known as the Chicago PMI -- rose to a reading of 46.3 in March from 45.8 in February, MNI Indicators said Tuesday. That keeps the indicator below the 50 line marking contraction for the second month in a row.
