LSE: Dollar Drops Further Vs Most Majors Following Economic Reports
 
BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - The US weekly jobless claims for the week ended September 19 and durable goods orders data for August have been released at 8:30 am ET Thursday. Following these reports, the greenback showed mixed trading against its major rivals. While the greenback changed little against the pound, it declined further against the rest of major currencies.


The greenback was valued at 1.1251 against the euro, 119.50 against the yen, 0.9715 against the franc and 1.5210 against the pound around 8:34 am ET.
