MW: U.S. stock futures fall further after jobless, price data
U.S. stock futures added to their losses Thursday after the government reported first-time jobless claims climbed last week, while inflation fell for the fifth consecutive month. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were down 35 points at 8,124. Those for the S&P 500 were down 5.6 points at 834.20, while Nasdaq 100 futures declined 13.5 points to 1,152.
