The U.S. dollar was mixed against other major currencies in European trading Monday morning. Gold fell.
The euro traded at US$1.2768, down from US$1.2794 late Friday in New York.

--1.1630 Swiss francs, up from 1.1622
--1.2395 Canadian dollars, up from 1.2290
The British pound was quoted at US$1.4104, down from $1.4456.
Gold traded in London at US$913.75 per troy ounce, down from US$919.50 late Friday.
