Stock index futures rose on Wednesday after data showed U.S. private sector jobs fell by 522,000 in January, or slightly less than expected.
S&P 500 futures rose 4.80 points and were above fair value, a formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract. Dow Jones industrial average futures climbed 21 points, and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 4.75 points.
