MW: U.S. stock futures extend decline after economic data
U.S. stock futures added to early Thursday declines after economic data, which had initial jobless claims rising to their highest level since October 1982. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were off 53 points at 7,872. S&P 500 futures fell 7.4 points to 822.4, and Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 20.5 points to 1,193.5.
