COM: Rupee bounces back vs dollar |
|
| |
Indian rupee bounced back again and edged higher in morning trade Friday as local strocks strengthened amid weakened dollar abroad.
The partially convertible rupee was seen trading at 48.73/74 per dollar at 10.30 a.m, compared with Thursday's close of 48.77/78.
The dollar slipped against the yen in cautious trade before key jobs data that is expected to paint an even bleaker picture of the U.S. labour market.
