Prices of nickel and lead moved up in a mixed non-ferrous metal market here today on good demand from industrial users.
While copper and brass eased owing to lack of buying support coupled with lower advices from London Metal Exchange (LME).
Nickel rose by Rs 5 per kilo to Rs 675 from yesterday's closing level of Rs 670 and lead by Rs 3 per kilo to Rs 94 as against Rs 91 previously.
However, brass sheets cutting moved down by Rs 2 per kilo to Rs 165 from Rs 167 yesterday.
Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armiture, copper wire bar also ended slightly lower by a rupee per kilo to Rs 216, Rs 214, Rs 212 and Rs 244 respectively.
