MW: U.S. stock futures decline further after manufacturing data
U.S. stock futures pointed to marked opening declines on Tuesday after a index of manufacturing activity in the New York region fell more than expected. Down about 110 points ahead of the data, futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were off 144 points at 6,635. Those for the S&P 500 fell 20.2 points to 799.9, while Nasdaq 100 futures shed 32.25 points to 1,197.
