RTRS: Gold rises to session high after U.S. jobs data
Gold rose to a session high of $942.80 an ounce on Friday after U.S. non-farm payrolls data showed job losses in the world's biggest economy for January and December had been revised sharply higher.
February job losses were broadly in line with expectations, analysts said. [ID:nN06382959]
Spot gold was at $942.30/943.50 an ounce at 1341 GMT from $932.00 late in New York on Thursday.
