Gold futures fell below $900 an ounce Tuesday, accelerating their losses as U.S. stocks rallied. Gold for April delivery dropped $18.40, or 2%, to $899.40 an ounce in electronic trading on Globex. The contract earlier hit an intraday low of $897.10 an ounce. On Wall Street, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 265 points, or 4%, to 6,812.
