MW: Stock futures further gains after economic data
U.S. stock futures on Thursday added to earlier gains after the government reported an unexpected rise in first-quarter productivity and a decline in weekly jobless claims. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were up 82 points at 8,553. Those for the S&P 500 gained 9.2 points to 926.4, while Nasdaq 100 futures added 4.25 points to 57.83.
