Gold futures fell slightly in early morning trading Monday, as higher global stocks and a stronger U.S. dollar reduced the metal's investment appeal. The U.S. dollar rose against the Japanese yen and the euro, while U.S. stock futures were indicating a higher opening. Gold for June delivery was last down $1.30, or 0.2%, at $929.70 an ounce in early North American electronic trading.
