Gold futures jumped to their highest level in three months Friday. The Comex June futures contract traded at $972.90 an ounce in recent action, a gain of $11.40. Gold has found support as a hedge against fears of higher inflation and a broad rise in commodity prices, said strategists at Jyske Bank.
