MW: Asian markets mostly down as commodity stocks drop
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Gold futures rose Wednesday for a third session, climbing above $930 an ounce for the first day in a week, as a weakening dollar raised gold's investment appeal. August gold futures rose $12, or 1.3%, to $934.80 an ounce in early North American trading, rising above $930 an ounce for the first time since July 7.
