LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The U.S. dollar was left little changed versus the euro after ADP said 371,000 private-sector jobs were lost in July. The euro slipped briefly below $1.44 versus the dollar but recently edged back to $1.4405, little changed on the day. The dollar temporarily erased a small gain versus the Japanese currency but then rebounded to 95.29 yen, a gain of 0.1% on the day.
