MW:Silver rises 200 rupee on strong global cues |

Silver prices rose by Rs 206 to Rs 27,235 per kg in futures market on Tuesday on emergence of buying influenced by firming global trend.
Pick up in demand following beginning of 'Navratra' festival from today also supported the uptrend.
Silver for September contract rose by Rs 206, or 0.76 per cent to Rs 27,235 per kg at the Multi Commodity Exchange with an open interest of 99 lots.
The metal for delivery in May contract also moved up by Rs 106, or 0.40 per cent to Rs 26,857 per kg in 12,704 lots.
Marketmen said brisk buying by traders following Navratra and reports of firming global trend led to rise in silver prices at futures market.
Meanwhile, silver gained four cent at 17.11 dollar an ounce in New York last evening.
