NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Energy stocks rose with the broad market on Monday. The NYSE Arca Oil Index (XOI 1,068, +9.36, +0.89%) is up 0.4% to 1,063. The NYSE Arca Natural Gas Index (XNG 533.13, +8.86, +1.69%) rose 1.2% to 531. The Philadelphia Oil Service Index (OSX 202.54, +3.31, +1.66%) rose 1.2% to 202. Southwestern Energy Co. (SWN 40.02, +2.32, +6.15%) rose 5.5% to $39.79. |
