SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Oil futures pushed higher Monday as the dollar fell and the market grew more optimistic about the economic recovery. Oil for June delivery, the most active contract, rose $2.07, or 2%, to $82.50. Greece is preparing to tap the bond market, which lifted the euro. Gold and other commodities were also higher.
