NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasury prices rose modestly in early trading on Wednesday, with traders' attention focused on how much demand materializes for the auction of 10-year notes (UST10Y 3.95, -0.04, -1.03%) during the session, as well as for what a trio of Federal Reserve officials say in speeches. Yields on 2-year notes (UST2YR 1.13, -0.03, -2.76%) , which move inversely to prices, slid 2 basis points to 1.12%.
