BS: China lead producer invests in Kimberley Metals
Precious and base metals junior Kimberley Metals Ltd has agreed with China's largest lead producer to sell a significant part of the company and to accept a 25 per cent investment in its Sorby Hills project in Western Australia.
Under the deal, Henan Yuguang Lead and Gold Co Ltd will take 15 per cent of Kimberley and 25 per cent of a joint venture to develop the Sorby Hills lead-silver-zinc project.
