AFP: Precious Metal (01194) halted for shr issue, purchase
(Infocast News) Trading in shares of China Precious Metal Resources (01194) will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today pending the release of announcements in relation to the issue of new shares; the entering into of a letter of intent to issue certain non-listed warrants; and the entering into of a letter of intent in respect of the acquisition of a gold mine in Henan Province, the PRC.
