NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stocks lost more ground Tuesday after the government reported U.S. wholesale sales rose 2.4% in March, while inventories climbed 0.4%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU 10,753, -32.50, -0.30%) fell 64.54 points to 10,720.6. The S&P 500 Index (SPX 1,155, -4.89, -0.42%) fell 8.05 points to 1,151.68. The Nasdaq Composite (COMP 2,365, -9.44, -0.40%) shed 15.24 points to 2,359.43. |
