MW: Futures on Dow industrials down by nearly 200 pts

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures pointed to a turbulent start Tuesday amid tensions in North Korea and euro-zone debt and bank concerns. S&P 500 futures fell 25.1 points to 1,045.80, Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 37 points to 1,775.50, and futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 199 to 9,844.00.
