ENM: Buying property and the Pound Dollar exchange rate
I am thinking of buying a property in the UK from the US. It seems that the banks charge a lot. Is there a better way? What is the least expensive way to convert dollars into pounds? I'm thinking of about $ 300000 to pounds. Is there a flat rate or is it related to the amount converted, or both? How long does the process take? I've never done this before. -- Thanks Joe S
