LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The Japanese yen (USDYEN 84.9400, -0.5400, -0.6317%) on Wednesday hit a new 15-year high versus the U.S. dollar. The dollar traded as low as 84.71 yen, according to FactSet, after taking out its previous low for the year near 85.00 yen. The dollar recently changed hands at 84.90 yen
