MCX Comdex, the composite index of metals, energy and agro-commodities, was up by 0.19% to 2,777.55 points, MCX Energy index was up by 0.27% to 2,561.59 points and MCX Metal index was up by 0.23% to 3,554.22 points.

Gold October 10 contract was up by 0.07% to Rs 18,984 per 10 grams, GoldM October 10 contract was up by 0.06% to Rs 18,995 per 10 grams, and Gold guinea November 10 contract was down by 0.13% to Rs 15,300 per 8 grams. Silver December 10 contract was up by 0.07% to Rs 31,346 per kg and SilverM November 10 contract was up 0.09% to Rs 31,321 per kg.
Metals:
Aluminium September 10 contract was up by 1.20% to Rs 101.30 per kg, lead mini November 10 contract was up by 0.68% to Rs 104.05 per kg, nickel November 10 contract was up by 1.34% to Rs 1,048.70 per kg, lead November 10 contract was up by 0.77% to Rs 104.10 per kg, copper November 10 contract was up by 0.11% to Rs 359.70 per kg, zinc November 10 contract was up by 1.37% to Rs 103.80 per kg and zinc mini September 10 contract was up by 1.14% to Rs 101.70 per kg.
Energy:
Crude oil November 10 contract was up by 0.33% to Rs 3,637.00 per barrel and natural gas October 10 contract was up by 0.61% to Rs 196.80 per MMBTU.
