Crude oil for December delivery declined as much as $2.30 (2.6%) to $85.51 per barrel in the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude oil for December settlement declined as much as $2.16 (2.4%) to $86.65 per barrel on the ICE Futures Europe Exchange.
