(RTTNews) - The Japanese yen edged higher across the board in early European trading on Monday. As of 4:30 am ET, the yen was quoted at 81.85 against the US dollar, 131.50 versus the pound, 88.0 against the Swiss franc and 113.90 against the euro. The yen also traded higher at 60.42 against the NZ dollar, 84.16 versus the Canadian dollar and 82.45 against the Australian dollar at the same time.
