ET:Oil marketing companies, airlines rise as crude weakens
Shares of state-run oil marketing companies and airlines were trading higher on the back of a sharp fall in international crude prices, several dealers said.
US crude futures edged down on Monday, extending losses seen in the previous session on a slightly firmer dollar and news that Saudi was offering more oil to Asian customers .
At 12.12 p.m., shares in Indian Oil Corp , Bharat Petroleum Corp , Hindustan Petroleum Corp as well as carriers Jet Airways , Kingfisher Airlines and SpiceJet were up 1-2.5 percent.
