WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The Case-Shiller 20-city home price index for April is due for release at 9 a.m. Eastern, and consensus forecasts call for a decline of around 4% year-on-year. Compared to March, however, the gauge may increase. A similar gauge from the Federal Housing Finance Agency rose 0.8% compared to March but dropped 5.7% compared to April 2010.
