BLBG: U.S. Stock-Index Futures Erase Loss as Treasury Yields, Crude Oil Advance

U.S. stock futures erased losses, indicating the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index may rise a second day, as 10-year Treasury yields and crude oil climbed while the Dollar Index dropped.
S&P 500 futures expiring in September added 0.3 percent to 1,279.90 at 8:32 a.m. in New York, reversing a 0.4 percent loss, while the Stoxx Europe 600 Index rallied 0.6 percent. Yields on 10-year Treasuries increased 1 basis point to 2.95 percent after falling to 2.91 percent. Oil futures jumped 1.6 percent to $92.09 a barrel after slipping to $90.44. The Dollar Index slumped 0.2 percent to 75.237.
