RTRS: U.S. dollar falls to fresh 4-1/2-month low vs yen
Aug 1 (Reuters) - The dollar fell to its lowest in more than four months on Monday on selling from model-driven funds, traders said.
The dollar fell as low as 76.669 JPY=EBS on trading platform EBS, its weakest since coordinated intervention by major central banks in mid-March to weaken the surging Japanese currency. The greenback was last 76.745 yen, little changed on the day. (Reporting by Gertrude Chavez-Dreyfuss; Editing by James Dalgleish)
