BLBG:ONGC Said to Sell 700,000 Barrels of Russian Sokol Oil to Vitol
ONGC Videsh Ltd., the overseas unit of India’s largest explorer, sold 700,000 barrels of Russia’s Sokol crude for loading in November to Vitol Group, according to three traders who participate in the market. The traders declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.
ONGC Videsh is a wholly owned unit of Oil & Natural Gas Corp. Details of the sale are as follow:

Price: Premium of about $8.50 a barrel to the average of
