WSJ:OIL FUTURES: Nymex November Crude Down 1% At $84.71/Bbl
LONDON (Dow Jones)--Nymex crude prices on the November contract fell more than 1% in Thursday trading after five days of gains as investors tried not to get too far ahead of the underlying realities of the market, an analyst said, referring to falling outlooks for crude oil demand.
In addition, China posted a narrower trade surplus in September and expanded at a weaker-than-expected pace according to data released Thursday, raising concerns about the health global economy.
At 0835 GMT, ICE November Brent was down 60 cents, or 0.5%, at $110.77 a barrel. Nymex November crude was down $1.22, or 1.5%, at $84.33.
