LONDON (Dow Jones)--The cost of borrowing dollars, euros and sterling for three months in the London interbank market all rose Monday.
Data from the British Bankers' Association showed the three-month dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, known as Libor, rising to 0.42028% from 0.41833%.
The spread between the three-month dollar Libor and the three-month overnight index swap rate--a barometer of banks' willingness to lend--was little changed at 33.8 basis points from 33.9 basis points Friday.
The euro rate rose to 1.51938% from 1.51813% while the three-month sterling rate rose to 0.98169% from 0.97856%.
