RTTN:Canadian Dollar Trades At New Multi-week Lows Against Greenback And Yen
(RTTNews) - The Canadian dollar lost ground against the currencies of the U.S. and Japan in early European deals on Monday.
The loonie reached 1.0310 against the greenback around 3:20 am ET, the lowest level since October 12. On the downside, the Canadian currency may find target around the 1.0370 level, at which the 23.6 percent of the retracement level rests in the daily chart of the USD/CAD pair.
Against the yen, the Canadian currency reached nearly a 4-week low of 74.54 around 3:15 am ET. The loonie-yen pair is presently worth 74.55 with 74.30 seen as the next likely downside target level in the near-term and 72.25 seen as the longer-term support.
