EN:US dollar exchange rate (USD): Barclays Capital say Super Committee is the key risk factor |

The euro dollar rate is slightly higher with 1 EUR = 1.3534 USD.
The pound dollar exchange rate is lower with 1 GBP = 1.5671 USD.
The focus for the US dollar exchange rate, and indeed the markets as a whole, is the issue of US debt.
The focus now falls on the Super Committee ahead of its report on Wednesday 23 November.
