BLBG:RCS & RDS Borrows 101 Million Euros From Banca Comerciala Romana
RCS & RDS SA, a Romanian telecommunications company, borrowed 101 million euros ($135 million) from Banca Comerciala Romana SA to refinance debt, the Bucharest-based bank said yesterday in an e-mail.
The loan is the first installment of a five-year, 300 million-euro syndicated credit from BCR, Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN) and CEC Bank SA, according to the statement.
